Begin with the hoodie you want to wear

A personal design is only useful when the garment underneath suits the wearer. Decide whether you want a regular silhouette for everyday outfits or a more relaxed shape with dropped shoulders. Consider the base layer, the trousers you usually wear and whether an outer jacket needs to fit over the hoodie. Then compare the exact size chart rather than choosing a size from a different brand.

The current Chaze Fit acid-wash hoodie is listed as 300 GSM, 100% cotton with an oversized cut, dropped shoulders, extended sleeves and embroidery. The regular and pastel hoodies list 300 GSM cotton brushed fleece with regular fits and embroidered details. These are existing product specifications. An embroidered catalogue design does not automatically mean any requested artwork or placement can be produced.

Separate the garment choice from the personalisation request

Describe the change you would like: for example, a name, a short message or a design you are authorised to use. Treat these as ideas for discussion, not a menu of guaranteed services. Include where you would like the design to sit and whether its appearance or exact dimensions matter most.

Link the precise product rather than writing only “black hoodie.” If the preferred style is unavailable for custom work, ask which alternatives can support the idea. Keeping the garment and artwork decisions separate makes it easier to understand a revised recommendation.

Choose the right enquiry route

For a single piece, focus on the wearer’s fit, the exact text and the intended occasion. For a bulk enquiry, add a size breakdown, the number of designs and whether every garment is identical. Group gifts also need a plan for names, packaging and distribution.

A small quantity should be stated explicitly. Do not assume a minimum quantity, a bulk discount or a sample is available until the team confirms it. Send one complete brief so the reply can address the actual order.

Agree the details before paying

Ask for written confirmation of the approved garment, design method, placement, sizes, quantity and total payable amount. Distinguish any design or sample charge from the garment price and delivery. A catalogue price does not necessarily include custom work.

Share a required arrival date as well as the delivery PIN code. Ask whether that date can be met and what approvals are needed first. Confirm the applicable cancellation, correction and return terms for the proposed custom order before payment. An enquiry is the beginning of that discussion, not an automatic order confirmation.
