CHAZE FIT · PRACTICAL GUIDE
Plan a personalised group gift
Step 1
Recipients
Confirm names and size preferences.
Step 2
Design
Choose a style that works after the event.
Step 3
Timing
Work back from the intended handover.
Step 4
Budget
Include customisation and delivery in the quoted total.
Choose a gift people can use after the occasion
A useful group gift should work beyond the photograph taken on the day. Consider the recipients’ usual clothes, local conditions and preference for regular or oversized shapes. A shared design can connect the group without requiring every person to wear an unfamiliar silhouette.
For a gym community, position the hoodie around casual wear, commuting or post-session layering. A cotton hoodie is not automatically a performance top for a demanding workout. Match the gift to its actual wearing occasion.
Collect names without creating avoidable mistakes
Ask recipients to confirm the exact spelling they want, including whether they prefer a nickname or initials. Keep the display name separate from any delivery contact name. Have the organiser review the list once more before asking for a final design version.
Avoid including personal information that is not needed for the order. A public-facing name or short phrase should be a deliberate choice. If a recipient does not want individual text, record that clearly instead of leaving an ambiguous blank.
Balance surprise with size certainty
You can preserve the design reveal while asking recipients to confirm their size using the correct chart. If you cannot obtain reliable information, offer a choice or delay that part of the order rather than guessing. Group members may want different amounts of layering room.
For a mixed group, check that the available garment measurements suit everyone before choosing the style. An oversized label is not a substitute for a suitable size. Ask about alternatives if a needed measurement or option is not available.
Plan backwards from the handover
Tell Chaze Fit the actual date the gifts must be in your hands, not just the event date. You may need time to count, inspect, organise and distribute them. Ask which timing can be confirmed after design approval and whether any proposed packaging affects the schedule.
Gift wrapping, messages, individual bags and separate addresses should be requests in the brief, not assumptions. If you will wrap the items yourself, keep order labels and garment identification clear until distribution is complete.
Keep the budget complete
Set a total budget that accounts for the proposed garments, personalisation, delivery and any confirmed packaging. If the quotation exceeds it, discuss a simpler design or revised scope before removing useful quality or fit checks.
Use the group-order guide for quantities and approvals. For a single recipient, use the one-piece enquiry guide instead. The right process depends on the number of people and design variations, not on how important the occasion feels.
