At a glance: An outdoor city forecast cannot establish the temperature or humidity inside your gym. Use current local weather for the journey and direct information about the room for indoor planning.
Keep outdoor and indoor conditions separate
The India Meteorological Department provides current weather, forecasts and warnings. Check the location and reporting time. Those readings are not measurements from your gym floor, which may have different ventilation or cooling.
Record observations consistently
If you record room conditions, note the instrument, date, time, location, cooling or ventilation and how busy the room is. A single reading does not establish a city-wide or seasonal range. Avoid using an unsourced climate table as product-test evidence.
Turn the information into clothing choices
Consider ventilation, coverage, removable layers and a fresh change after training. Fabric weight alone is not a comfort-temperature rating. Use the workout clothing guide or planning clothing across different city routines.
