Read the care limits first

Confirm permitted drinks, wash method and treatments before cleaning. Do not assume advice for an uncoated steel cup applies to a coated insulated bottle. Ask the maker when the listing and supplied instructions conflict.

Clean permitted parts separately

Remove a seal, straw or other component only where the design and instructions allow. Clean accessible threads and corners as directed, rinse as instructed and let the parts dry before reassembly. Do not cut or force a fixed part out.

Inspect before reusing
