Laser engraving works differently: a high-intensity laser beam vaporises the top layer of steel to create a permanent recess. Care instructions - preserving engraving and insulation

• Hand wash only - dishwashers can degrade the vacuum seal at the base over time, reducing insulation efficiency
• Use a bottle brush for interior - the 5cm lid opening accommodates standard bottle brushes; clean after every protein shake use
• Do not use abrasive cleaners on exterior - steel wool or abrasive powder scratches the powder coat and can lighten the engraving area's contrast
• Do not freeze - ice inside the bottle expands and can compromise the vacuum seal at the base weld
• Air dry with lid off - prevents moisture accumulation in the silicone lid seal, which can develop odour in humid conditions
